Thanks for joining us for our second Tablescape Thursday. Be sure to visit our good friend Susan at Between Naps on the Porch for links to all of the other tablescapes this week.
I would first like to thank one of our newest dealers, Patricia (VON), for pulling together this awesome table. She started with a glass top table right across from the counter. She then "shopped" the booths and pulled together treasures from all over the store. Here's what she created:
This is her take on a more formal, yet fun tablescape. Working with a palette of reds, browns and ivories, Patricia was able to make the table inviting, soothing, and interesting all at the same time.
The woven red chargers and gold rimmed china was the inspiration. In pulling the table together at the end, the wicker chargers were added for that final touch.
Red Rope Chargers: $4.95 ea (ALLI)
Brown Wicker Chargers: $9.99 ea (VON)
Pope Gosser Plates: $5.95 ea (ALLI)
Top the setting off with a matching bowl and add gold rimmed goblets.
Pope Gosser Bowls: $4.95 ea (ALLI)
Gold-rimmed Crystal Goblets: $18.50 / set of 4 (JER)
Two runners were added on top of the table for depth and texture. Instead of a single centerpiece, Patricia pulled together several smaller items and made an interesting vignette.
Red Throw (used as the bottom runner): $19.95 (ALLI)
Ivory Runner: $8.95 (B)
Red and White Wedgwood Transferware Plate: $14.99 (NET)
Pair of Cottage Candlestands with Crystal Prisms: $12.99 ea (DEB)
Vintage Black Hat: $8.99 (DWAL)
Resin Glove Mold (used as a hat stand): $12.99 (DWAL)
Small Framed San Marco Print: $19.99 (PHL)
Small Vintage Bust: $16.95 (RBEY)
Faux Pearls: $4.99 (JL)
A small garden statue, a pair of candle holders, along with a vintage oil painting and tall lamp, add height.
Tall candlestick lamp with beaded shade: $22.00 (JCCA)
Garden Girl Statue: $26.00 (CAT)
Pair of Large Candle Holders: $22.00 ea (LRA)
Vintage Oil on Board in a Period Frame: $79.00 (ALLI)
Doesn't this just all come together like they were meant to be there?
Glass Top Table with 6 Chairs: $379 (K9)
Red Velvet Pillows (in front chairs): $5.99 ea (GRE)
Multi-print Pillows in Rust and Brown (In side chairs - top picture): $9.95 ea (B)
Gold Chandelier (not shown) $349.00 (CAT)
Be sure to join us tomorrow for "Fridays at The Flea" and again on Saturday for "Pink Saturday".

Lovely dishware! Thanks for sharing! ~Katy (Plucky)
ReplyDeleteI love this table. The red (looks more pink) in the chargers, the pillows on the chair and the lamp, all against the dark brown wood of the table make it look comfortable but really nice. It's the type of table that you can sit and talk for hours with your friends. And that is the best kind of table.
ReplyDeleteFabulous eclectic table...great job! Wish I lived closer...looks like my kind of place!
